PROJECT GALLERY White Kat

+ C.O.A.S.T
WhiteKat is supporting NHS Westminster as a part of the Government's plan to increase Chlamydia screening amongst 16-24 year olds. WhiteKat has provided outreach sessions in Westminster supporting The National Chlamydia Screening Programme. The screenings are opportunistic and made available to the target population in non health screening venues; this includes colleges and universities, youth clubs, gyms and football pitches, fairs and festivals, art venues and clubs.

In honour of World Aids Day 2009, Whitekat performed a short and very powerful piece of visual street theatre (see video below) co-written/created by Samantha Devitt and Cyko Logic, shown at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts supporting S.H.A.G. week. This was at the college's fashion show fundraiser to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS. The Performers also hit the local buses and Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland to inform the public in Westminster about HIV/AIDS. WhiteKat was there screening for chlamydia and offering advice on sexual health by providing incentives including a World AIDS Day t-shirt .
